Complete the labelling survey by July 4

Health Canada served notice in May on its ‘Proposed Policy Intent for Revising Canada’s Gluten-Free Labelling Requirements’. The paper, which was briefly summarized in the latest issue of Celiac News, can be found at: http://www.hc-sc.gc.ca/fn-an/consultation/init/gluten2010/index-eng.php.

The CCA Board with the valuable input of the Professional Advisory Board is preparing a position on behalf of the membership which must be submitted by July 11, 2010.

To assist in balancing the various views on gluten-free labelling, we invite your input via a short online survey which should take no more than 5 minutes and can be found at the following link:

As there is some urgency, please complete the survey by July 4.

Thanks in advance for your participation and input.
