James helps individuals that may be overwhelmed and intimidated, due to food allergies, find new food alternatives as well as point them in the right direction on their new diet journey. For many people this can be a stressful time in their lives.
He is a local Chef that has a number of food intolerances. He has come up with his own tips and recipes that have made his life easier as well as my clients by converting family favourite recipes to food allergen-free.
He bakes a variety of gluten-free cakes, muffins, cupcakes, and cookies for all occasions. He uses quality ingredients and original recipes that are tasty as well as moist.
He is at the Kelowna Farmers’ Market on Saturdays 8-1 and the Peachland Farmers’ Market on Sundays (starting May 29) 10-2. He also bakes personal orders as well, to be picked up or delivered.
