Since the last update they have really expanded their gluten-free options and they are very, very gluten aware re: cross contamination etc. They have also expanded their gluten-free desserts (Prairie Creek Edibles). The other day Hannah and I had a delicious carrot cake – fresh, moist, did not crumble etc. I noticed the other day that they seemed to be opened later as well (past 5 anyhow). They are at 2903 Pandosy Street.
Another awesome find – Fernandos (Mexican food) at 279 Bernard Avenue. Amazing food!! Very knowledgeable. (I think the owner or relative of an owner has Celiac Disease.) They have a separate deep fryer for all gluten-free stuff, had a gluten-free brownie right on the menu (which was really, really good) and not that expensive. I was really impressed with the atmosphere, the knowledge and was excited when they told me I could eat almost everything on the menu (except the burritos).
