General Mills Launches New Web site –

The new web site offers consumers more than 400 gluten free products to purchase online, including more than 250 gluten-free General Mills products, as well as Pamela’s amazing baking mixes, Bhuja Snack Mix, Udi’s gluten-free bread, Glutino breadsticks, San-J sauces and some of the most popular gluten-free cookbooks.

In addition to selling food products, the website offers hundreds of nutritious and delicious recipes, expert medical suggestions and dietary advice for living gluten-free.

The site has been in development for years by General Mills, who partnered with the University of Chicago Celiac Disease Centre and the University of Maryland Centre for Celiac Research to build the site.
