Join Our Gluten-Free Potluck on Sunday

xmas potluck 2013 (15)Join us Sunday September 14th, noon at the Lake Country Seniors Activity Centre at 9832 Bottom Wood Lake Road.

Please bring your gluten-free potluck dishes, with recipes and/or sources.

At regular meetings we ask adults to each donate a ‘toonie’ to defray the hall rental costs. Please bring your own dishes mugs and cutlery!

Our next meetings ill be November 23rd.

Penticton satellite meetings are at 1:30 pm in room 138 of the Health Unit at Government & Carmi across from Penticton Regional Hospital. The dates for 2014 are Thursdays: September 18th and November 6th. Please remember that we are not to park in Interior Health’s parking lot. Parking is available at the pay parking lot at Penticton General Hospital”.

  1. Looks like you have a lot of fun, nice to have friends & support with Celiac. I am in Vancouver, I don’t think there is a group such as yours. I am not Celiac but my 2 1/2 yr. old grandson is so when he is with us we eat gluten free. And enjoy it!
    I would like to have a few recipes too if possible, also do any of your members have children with Celiac ?

      We do have children in our Celiac chapters. For example, my 9 year daughter and I are Celiacs and we attend Celiac functions. We find it very helpful to get together with other Celiacs to share tips, tricks, product ideas and recipes. It was especially helpful in our first few years of diagnosis. I strongly recommend that you join your CCA chapter.
